Please Read Before Submitting Your Request

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • If the size you want to exchange for is out of stock, a team member will reach out to you.

  • The exchange process usually takes 2-7 days once approved.

  • Exchanges shipping fees are applied.

  • Once you submit your exchange request, we’ll process and fulfill your order.

Instructions:

  1. Submit Your Request: Complete and submit your request.

  2. Check Your Email: After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email.

  3. Reply with Product Image and Tag: Reply to the email with a clear product image with the TAG attached.

  4. Approval: Your request will be approved only if the image and tag are provided. Otherwise, it will be denied.
